STAFF of the MONTH: Curtis Moore

Q: How long have you worked for ISLE/Purple Cat?
A: Almost a year.

Q: What is your job here?
A: A little bit of everything… from construction to gardening unloading/loading clients, driving; whatever needs done.

Q: What did you do before working here?
A: I was an Urban Farmer/Farm manager. I designed, built and managed an urban farm on the south side of Youngstown

Q: What is your favorite candy?
A: Anything Chocolate! Preferably dark, but I won’t turn down any chocolate.

Q: What is your favorite holiday and why?
A: Anything Chocolate!! Preferably dark, but I won’t turn down any chocolate.

Q: Name one of your favorite songs and why.
A: “My beloved wife” by Natalie Merchant… I already explained why

Q: What do you like to do when you’re not at the Purple Cat?
A: Spend time with friends and family… there’s never enough time for that.

Q: If you could be any animal, what would it be?
A: A tiger. Because they are the largest big cat on earth. I am just totally impressed by them. Also they are extremely endangered in the wild… So one more couldn’t hurt.

A: Scotty Mincher

Q: What is your favorite event at the Purple Cat?
A: Wine, Beer and Chocolate Taste

Q: If you were a superhero, what would your name be? and what would your superpower be?
A: “Cap’n Curt”­ restoring the environment to paradise conditions endangered/extinct animals and all.
